Vincent P. Mahler (Jack)

Vincent P. Mahler is making his first appearance with Citadel Theatre.  Recent roles include Dr. Dysart in Equus (MadKap Productions), the Russian diplomat Botvinnik in A Walk in the Woods (Spartan Theatre), and understudying Dr. Michaels in the acclaimed world premiere of David Rabe’s Good for Otto (Gift Theatre) performing regularly during multiple extensions.  Elsewhere, he has created roles in world premieres with Silk Road Rising (Merchant On Venice; Our Enemies; Ten Acrobats in an Amazing Leap of Faith); and performed for TimeLine (Guantanamo; General from America), Signal Ensemble (Plainsong; The Weir), Eclipse (The Fever Chart), Lifeline (The Moonstone), Idle Muse (Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, The Talking Cure), Seanachai (Dylan), and Rasaka (culture/clash). 

He has credits with many past companies such as Bailiwick, Caffeine, Chicago Jewish, Circle, Impulse, Interplay, Irish Repertory, Magellan, New Tuners, and his own Frump Tucker Theatre Company, for which he served as artistic director, dramaturg, and company member during its 7-year tenure.  RIP.
