Our Fall Programs run from September 22nd thru December 1st. These are showcase Classes that end with performances for each class for family, friends and the community to enjoy. Showcase classes are stripped down productions that feature the talents of the students. Any questions please contact Erin at erin@citadeltheatre.org. All classes are taught by Teaching Artists who are professionals in the theatre industry. Classes typically take place at the Lake Forest Rec Center at 400 Hastings Rd, Lake Forest, IL. Tech and shows take place at Citadel Theatre at 300 S Waukegan Rd, Lake Forest, IL. Classes require a minimum of 6 students to run and a maximum of 25. Register to make sure you have a spot in these great programs!
POP ROCKS

Through exploration of different acting techniques (especially Improv) students will learn how to develop characters both scripted and non-scripted. Perfect for the young actor looking to perfect their acting techniques.

Join us in a land of imagination that includes acting, dancing and dancing! for our younger aspiring acting students to get the very basics and get comfortable with the art of performing, students will be in for classes filled with fun and creativity!

Perform numbers from the Hit Broadway show Mean Girls in this exciting showcase. Students will sing, dance and act some of their favorite characters in this intensive for our fierce students. Make Fetch happen!
Only 6th grade and up due to subject matter.

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit on all showcase classes.
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit on all Musical Theatre Academy programs.
Classes need a minimum of 6 students to run. We cap our show case class sizes at 25.
Waitlists will be made in the event classes fill.
